Suburban Taxi Dispatch Service: Since 1975, American Taxi Dispatch, Inc. has been the largest suburban taxi dispatch service in Chicago. You can pre-order your taxi at www.americantaxi.com/order and call 847-673-1000, after you collect all your luggage, to let the dispatcher know of your arrival. Or after you have all your luggage, call their toll free number 1-800-244-1177, and your taxi will be at the middle lane in about 10 minutes.

The Suburban Taxi rate from Chicago O'Hare Airport to Deerfield is approximately $38, and the rate from Chicago Midway Airport to Deerfield is $68.

Airport Shuttle Service: GO Airport Express is the premier shared ride airport shuttle transportation provider for Chicago's O'Hare and Midway Airports. They offer affordable, shared ride airport shuttle, but they’ve moved to smaller vehicles to make your experience better.

Their shuttles depart from O'Hare and Midway Airports every 10-15 minutes for Chicago downtown and suburban hotels/residence. They have highly visible counters located in the baggage claim centers that are staffed with knowledgeable ticket agents.

For shuttle reservation visit their website at GO Airport Express. Please make your reservation 24 hours in advance (since they are going way out into the suburbs). The approximate starting fares are $60 from O'Hare and $108 from Midway.

Driving from Chicago O'Hare International Airport - ORD:

Get to I-190 E

• Head southwest on I-190 W
• Take the Bessie Coleman Dr exit toward Airport Terminal 5/A.R.F.F. Staging Area D
• Turn right onto Bessie Coleman Dr
• Use the right lane to merge onto I-190 E via the ramp to Airport Terminal 5/I-90/I-294/Chicago

Follow I-190E out of terminal.
Use the right lane to take the exit towards I-294 N.
Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 1C, follow signs for Milwaukee/Tollway/I-294 N and merge onto I-294 N, drive 12.5 miles to the Lake Cook Rd exit.
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 52 toward Lake Cook Rd.
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Deerfield and merge onto Lake Cook Rd.
Travel about 0.6 mile to the hotel entrance on right.

Driving from Chicago Midway International Airport - MDW:

Get on I-55 S in Stickney from S Cicero Ave

• Head south
• Continue onto Departures
• Slight right
• Turn right onto S Cicero Ave
• Turn left to merge onto I-55 S

Follow I-55 S and I-294 N to Deerfield. Take exit 52 from I-294 N.
Merge onto I-55 S and travel 9.1 mi.
Take exit 277A to merge onto I-294 N towards Wisconsin.
Keep left to stay on I-294 N.
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 52 toward Lake Cook Rd.
North on I-294 to Lake Cook Road exit.
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Deerfield and merge onto Lake Cook Rd.
Travel about 0.6 mile to the hotel entrance on right.
